Refund Policy – No Refunds
At Eco Lilly Spa, all purchases of services and packages are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been booked and/or redeemed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Inability to attend a scheduled appointment
• Dissatisfaction with a completed service (our team will always do our best to adjust or improve within the scope of the treatment)
Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments with the required notice, as outlined in our booking policy. Prepaid services and packages may be transferred to another person but cannot be refunded.
By purchasing and/or booking with us, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
